Our mould manufacturing since 2016, a new mould workshop, and its equipment including grinding machine, milling machine, CNC machining center and spark machine are all imported high end. The molding workshop has already realized the existing products all the independent processing design new model and repair to this by ourselves, and provides the strong guarantee for the new product development.
In 2017 our company increased investment in injection workshop, added a number of new injection machines. Each injection machine is equipped with mechanical arm and conveyor belt, equipped with inside monitor of molding, always observe the production process of injection molding products to provide injection production efficiency, stable product quality, reduce scrap rate, reduce production costs, enhance the competitiveness and its important role.
